Dry Goods Shipping Policy

At Whimsical Workz, we take care to ensure your dry goods arrive safely, efficiently, and with the quality you expect. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

​

All dry goods are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

​

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Please note: The day your package is shipped is not counted as a business day by carriers.

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not considered business days.

​

Example:
If your order ships on a Monday with 2–3 day shipping, delivery may occur Wednesday or Thursday.

Shipping Limitations

​

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the legality of any items in their state before ordering.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

​

Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

​

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package must be reshipped, additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Updating your account or PayPal address after placing an order will not update the order automatically.

  • If you notice an error, you must contact us immediately.

Shipping Schedule

​

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

​

We do not ship on the following holidays:

​

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

USPS-observed holidays may also delay shipping, including:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Presidents Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

Shipping Liability

​

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Whimsical Workz is not responsible for:

​

  • Lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Refused shipments

  • Packages not picked up from a carrier facility

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

​

We work hard to package every order with care and attention to detail, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition. While we cannot control carrier operations, we are always here to help guide you if issues arise.
