Return & Refund Policy

At Whimsical Workz, we stand behind the quality of everything we offer. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution. Please review our return and refund terms below before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

When you place an order, payment is processed immediately.

If you cancel before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to the total order value.

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and fall under our Return Policy.

Live Animals

All live animal sales are final once shipped.

  • We do not accept returns on live animals

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Our priority is always the safety and well-being of the animals during transit

However, we do offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) as outlined in our shipping policy.

In select situations, store credit may be issued at our discretion, but cash refunds are not provided.

Dry Goods (Non-Live Items)

We accept returns on eligible dry goods within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unopened

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original packaging

  • Item is in original condition

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items

Refund & Exchange Options

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit (gift certificate)

  • Exchange for another product

  • Refund to original payment method (when applicable)

If an exchange exceeds the value of the original purchase, the buyer is responsible for the difference.

Please note: Processing times for refunds depend on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in most cases

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We will cover return shipping only if:

  • The item is confirmed defective, or

  • An error was made on our part (wrong or missing item)

All returned items must be inspected before a refund or credit is issued.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or are missing part of your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery

  • Keep the original packaging, materials, and shipping label

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging to help expedite the process

Please retain all materials for up to 14 days, as the carrier may require an inspection.

In most cases, once documentation is received, we can begin the replacement process quickly.

Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please wait 5 business days from the marked delivery date

  • After that, we will file a claim and begin the replacement process

Refunds for missing packages will be issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

Order & Pricing Errors

If a pricing, discount, or coupon error occurs:

  • We will contact you with the corrected total

  • You will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order
