Live Animals
All live animal sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns on live animals.
However, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) as outlined below.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (LAG)
To qualify for LAG:
Animals must ship Hold for Pickup (when required)
Animals must be picked up the same day delivered
You must email whimsicalworkz@gmail.com within one (1) hour of pickup
Provide timestamped photos and/or video of the deceased specimen
LAG applies only to the cost of the animal(s).
Shipping costs are not covered.
Shipping for replacement animals is the responsibility of the buyer.
Failure to follow these requirements voids the guarantee.
