By purchasing, subscribing to, or using DragonFuel™, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Product Information

DragonFuel™ provides pre-portioned fresh food, feeder insects, and supplements intended for bearded dragons. Ingredients, feeder sizes, and supplement schedules may vary based on availability and customer-selected plans.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Proper storage, handling, and use of all products.

• Inspecting all food items upon arrival.

• Determining whether products are appropriate for their individual animal.

• Providing proper husbandry, lighting, temperatures, hydration, veterinary care, and overall animal care.

Salads must be refrigerated upon arrival. Dubia roaches should not be refrigerated.

Shipping & Delivery

DragonFuel™ are shipped weekly for freshness. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Whimsical Workz is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, theft, weather-related issues, or carrier mishandling. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing delivered packages.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Pricing, product contents, and shipping methods may be modified at any time with reasonable notice.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued at the sole discretion of Whimsical Workz for verified shipping or product quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs.

Veterinary Disclaimer

DragonFuel™ are not veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Customers should consult a qualified reptile veterinarian regarding health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whimsical Workz, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, death, damages, expenses, or claims arising from:

• Use or misuse of products.

• Improper storage, handling, or feeding.

• Customer husbandry practices.

• Shipping delays or carrier issues.

• Allergic reactions or individual animal sensitivities.

The maximum liability of Whimsical Workz shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whimsical Workz, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the purchase, use, misuse, handling, storage, feeding, or distribution of DragonFuel™.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
